There are 8 modules in each course which focuses on a different area of anger and rage management or binge drinking.
We recommend to do at least 1 – 2 modules a day as we recommend for people to practice what they learn straight away and to start implementing it in their lives. Based on that approach, you could complete the courses in as little as 16 days. We suggest allowing 2 hours a week for 12 weeks to complete the courses.
Lifetime. Once you purchase our course, you can access it for as long as the course is active.

Our program is based on principles of CBT, Impulse Control building strategies, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness approaches.
