Welcome to your “Sex life on your terms” online course.

This course is designed to help you to feel more in control of your life, to stop feeling bad and struggling to deal with the negative consequences of your decisions. You deserve to give yourself a chance to feel good about yourself and the choices you are making, to enjoy all aspects of your life and have positive sexual experiences. Whether you are single, monogamous, polyamorous or in any other type of relationship you need to know your rights, have a chance to express yourself, have positive experiences and create your life on your terms.

We do not diagnose in the course, and if you feel that your issues require attention by a medical or allied health practitioner then it is important that you seek appropriate help. We are here to provide psychoeducation and to help you to build skills to improve your self-regulation, to understand yourself better and to help you to navigate towards better control of your behaviours at all times

We recommend that you start from the Navigation video and then proceed to the first Module. After each module, Leigh, your head tutor will check in with you. Each exercise is related to the essential content provided in each module, and is designed to help you apply what you are learning in your daily life, forming healthy habits that will help you make this change successful and lasting. People who use the workbook, along with taking the online course often describe getting the most benefit out of this program.

Well done for choosing to make positive changes in your life and in taking control of unhelpful habits and behaviours. Remember, the knowledge you gain in this course will help you improve other areas of your life as well. We are here to help you, if you have any questions please email [email protected]
